The eight points that decide a specification

  • Ceiling layout — straight runs, corners, branches, approximate lengths; a photograph of a sketch is enough.
  • Mounting method — fixed to the ceiling, suspended below it, or recessed, because each uses different matched parts.
  • Switched groups — one circuit or several, which decides the rail configuration.
  • Rail profile — your drawing or your current supplier’s profile if you need a match.
  • Luminaires — housing references or the finished luminaire range you plan to use.
  • Finish — black, white or a finish to match; finishes are confirmed against a sample.
  • Quantity — rail length and pieces per connector, feed and adapter.
  • Target market — because documentation and compliance routes differ by market.

What comes back

A confirmed item list: rail profile and lengths, the connector set for the run, adapters and driver boxes matched to the platform, housings with their kit contents, finish, and the commercial terms for that quantity. Drawings and finish information are supplied with the quotation on request.

Commercial terms

  • Minimum order: lighting housings and GU10 light housings 300 pcs per size; track rails, couplers and track system components 100 pcs. Quantities are counted per size, and different configurations of one size can be combined.
  • Samples: 3–10 days for an established model, within 2 weeks in all cases.
  • Mass production: 15–35 days depending on order quantity.
