We are a factory. We have worked in the lighting accessories field since 2010. In 2019 the company was renamed from “Haotai” to “Jin Haotai”, and our own R&D, injection, die-casting, CNC and moulding departments are all under the one roof.

We mainly produce a wide range of LED lighting accessories, including lighting housings, track rails, track connectors, adapters and driver boxes. Our objective is “good quality for survival, good faith for development, using new technology to improve product quality”. Confirmed minimums by product family: lighting housings and GU10 light housings 300 pcs per size; lighting track rails, couplers and track system components 100 pcs; driver boxes and connectors supplied in small cartons start from 100 pcs per carton, following the minimum of the matching product family. Quantities are counted per size, and different configurations of the same size can be combined to reach the minimum — confirm the exact configuration list with the quotation.

For sample orders, three to ten days for an established model and within two weeks in all cases. For mass production, 15–35 days depending on the order quantity. Timing is confirmed with the quotation, and sample orders and production orders are scheduled separately.

Packaging and shipping marks are made to the customer’s OEM requirements. Carton specification, artwork, labels and the shipping-mark layout are agreed with the quotation before production, and a packaging sample can be confirmed with the order.

Our products have passed CE, RoHS and TUV, and our factory has passed the ISO 9001 quality control system. The document numbers are published so they can be checked independently: ISO 9001:2015 registration 01224Q30142R1M (CEPREI, valid until 31 January 2027), CQC voluntary product certification CQC23010405226 for lighting track systems (valid until 19 September 2028), TÜV Rheinland certificate R 50320806 0008, and a TÜV Rheinland CE-LVD certificate of conformity AN 50684789 0001, plus CE EMC / LVD and RoHS 2.0 certificates for 3-wired track. Every entry names its issuing body, date of issue and verification entry on our certificates page.

No. We do not hold UL or ETL listing, and no UL or ETL claim is made anywhere on this website. Our documents are the ones listed on the certificates page. Buyers who need North American listing must plan for their own approval route.

Eight people work in the Q.C. department to ensure product quality, covering raw materials, electronic components, online production, 100% ageing test, packing and shipment. Each component passes precise inspection. We control quality from materials and processing through assembly to the finished product, which provides stable performance and consistent quality for our customers.

Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services and have our own R&D team and moulding design team. Customisation can cover appearance, compatible components, surface finish, labels and packaging; feasibility depends on the product, quantity and confirmed engineering requirements.
